After serving as their Account Manager at an ad agency, my client asked me to come to  the restaurant/client side as Marketing Director to supervise media planning and creative development for all television, print & direct efforts for 101 restaurants with a $14 million budget. I managed the development and implementation of strategically focused cooperative promotional programs with food, beverage and payment vendors that supported Stuart Anderson’s core advertising objectives and increased checks by 15%. I also developed Public Relations opportunities on a chain-wide and local store basis.
